Any friend or client of Associate Partner Margaret Bradley knows that, when it comes to her personal and professional life, no detail gets lost in the shuffle. As a mom to four boys who range from 13 to 21 years old, combined with a history in teaching high school English and running a charitable foundation, Margaret is exceptionally adept at handling the day-to-day details and organization so crucial for executing a successful real estate practice. Margaret’s experience as both an agent and as someone who has bought and sold their own homes makes her a trusted confidant to buyers and sellers within the Los Angeles real estate community.
“I like to say that I have lived five different lifetimes, all of which are entrees into a conversation that helps me understand people better.”
Having lived in over six cities, including New York City and Rome, Margaret has developed a genuine way of connecting with individuals from various backgrounds and professions. Her openness to new experiences and people has molded her into an excellent networker and negotiator—but perhaps we should also give credit to her childhood growing up as the youngest of seven.
Understanding her buyers’ desire for stress-free, “turn-key” properties, Margaret works tirelessly to match them with homes that are not only impeccable but that truly reflect the lifestyle they seek. In fact, navigating her clients through the complications of a real estate transaction is her top priority. When working alongside Margaret, you’ll be kept informed throughout the entire process so that there are no surprises along the way to achieving your dream home.
One of the things that Margaret loves about her career in real estate is the flexibility it affords, enabling her to devote time to work, family, and to being the best mother that she can be. Unabashedly loyal to her friends and clients, Margaret is the first person to promote someone’s talent, expertise, or product to everyone she meets. In addition to being actively involved with her boys’ activities and schools, Margaret donates her time to support the Facing Forward Foundation, Sisters of Sojourn, and Children’s Bureau.
Originally from North Carolina, Margaret has been a resident of California for 14 years and gravitated towards Pacific Palisades because of the deep sense of community, family, and “small town vibes” even though it is still considered Los Angeles. Perhaps her favorite workout with a view is running along the beach and then walking up Temescal Canyon Road.
